In honor of girlymama's new carnival, my tuesday recipe is a hearty vegetarian dinner that is my go-to on nights when I'm eating solo. I was lucky enough to be one of the recipients of a ticket to this year's ever-popular Taste the Future at Columbus State Community College. This 21-year-old event is features culinary masterpieces from more than 50 of central Ohio's best restaurants, bakeries and caterers.
