miscellany monday: this week.

1. I'm getting married this week.  And here I am sitting at work like it's any other normal week.

2. Puppy got his hairs cut this weekend.  Looking pretty baller for the wedding now.

 

3. US soccer?  Really now.  Disappointed.  It's like we didn't even show up to the game.  Oh well, better luck in the next four years.

4. Okay other Ohioans, did anyone else see that sky last night?  It was a torrential downpour, crazy lightning and the sky was bright orange and yellow.  At 9:30pm.  And not in the direction of where the sun sets.  Weird.  It felt like something out of a movie.  I was waiting for the alien spacecraft to appear.

5. I have water stuck in my ear.  It sounds like the ocean and is driving me nuts.

6. My family plays this game called furniture ball where we take a piece of my sister's old dresser and try to hit this little red ball over the house.  I'm terrible at it, but I did get it over at least once on Friday.  Not without wiffing about eight times before that hit.

7. I am so tempted to post photos of some of our wedding plans right now.  But I won't.  I can't wait for next week though - you're all going to be photo-shocked.

That sky is super scary!

I haaate getting water in my ear...that water noise drives me crazy. I usually poke around with a Qtip and endlessly shake my head while tilted to the side in hopes that it will come out! Good luck!

In reference to #4... yes! That sky was nuts! But I absolutely loved it. I like when I'm home and it's pouring down rain and storming. So soothing to watch. I know that sounds funny, but it is to me. So excited to see your wedding photos! But take a break from the computer for your honeymoon and really take in the moment. Congrats girl. :)
